Bunnings Divestments to Investore Unconditional

 
Further to the announcement on 13 November 2017, Stride Property Limited advises the sale of three Bunnings properties at Hamilton, Rotorua and Palmerston North for $78.5 million in aggregate to Investore Property Limited (‘Investore’) is now unconditional.

Settlement is expected to occur on 28 February 2018.
