Stride Property Group’s Dividend Policy
Stride Property Group’s dividend policy is to distribute between 95% and 100% of its Distributable Profit. Distributable Profit is a non-GAAP measure and consists of net profit/(loss) before income tax adjusted for non-recurring and/or non-cash items, share of profits in associates, dividends received from associates and current tax. It is intended that dividends will be paid at the end of each financial quarter in respect of the preceding quarter’s Distributable Profit.
