Stride Property Group’s Dividend Policy
Stride’s dividend policy is to target a total cash dividend equivalent to between 25% and 75% of the distributable profit after current tax of Stride Investment Management Limited (SIML) and between 80% and 100% of the distributable profit of Stride Property Limited (SPL). Dividends will be paid so that the payout ratios of SPL and SIML each year are the same.
