Stride owns a diversified investment property portfolio with $999.0 million (as at 30 September 2019) of commercial office, retail and industrial properties. As at 30 September 2019, Stride owned 26 properties with 391 tenants, a weighted average lease term (WALT) of 4.5 years and an occupancy rate of 98.2% over a net lettable area of 254,318m².
